Working on behalf of a national legal claims company your sole responsibility will be to speak to consumers who have taken advantage of the government grant for cavity wall insulation
Conducting a none sales based questionnaire you will go through a number of questions with the customer to see whether their home was incorrectly insulated and discuss with them the possibility of a refund or compensation for the work that was completed
The working hours are full time and as this is a self employed role the position offers full flexibility around your work life balance.
You are NOT required to sell, negotiate or offer any product to the customer, this is purely a research based role. With this in mind it is important that you have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of time management
- Comfortable in a door to door role
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Team player as well as the ability to work alone
How you are paid:
Our client will pay you on a per lead basis,
1-5 questionnaires completed £40 per lead
6-10 questionnaires completed £50 per lead
11-19 questionnaires completed £60 per lead
20+ questionnaires completed £75 per lead
The company will also offer an over achievement bonus based on exceeding weekly targets as you will be working as part of a team.
Realisic earnings for high achievers in this role are in excess of £1000 per week. We can provide evidence of this if required.
