Regional administration manager - IFA firm
Exchange Street is working closely with one of the largest IFA organisations in the UK to help facilitate further growth at the firm. An award winning outfit, they are currently looking to recruit a Regional Administration Manager to their Manchester office.
The purpose of the role is to manage, motivate and develop the Client Support Teams, in a number of locations, across the North of England. This involves the day to day running of the team, all aspects of recruitment and people development, conducting performance appraisals and working closely with the Head of Operations to assist with the business strategy.
Successful applicants will have prior experience of administrative support within an independent environment and have a minimum of 2-3 years? experience in managing a team of operations based staff.
