Are you a newly or fully qualified primary teacher with KS2 teaching experience looking for a fixed term contract teaching job? I am currently working alongside a supportive Head teacher to recruit a KS2 teacher for a year 3 job at a primary school in Tipton. The school wish to interview enthusiastic and driven primary teachers who are looking to join a new school on a fixed term contract basis from January 2018 until August 2018.

Your new company

Their pupils progress higher than the national rate and the SLT are hugely supportive of their teachers. This primary school were judged as 'Good' in their last Ofsted report and the teachers are now reaching for 'Outstanding'. The teaching staff within this primary school aim to provide an exciting and engaging curriculum and have been provided key training to cover the ongoing changes. The school are very keen on upskilling all of their teachers so they too can reach their full potential.

Your new role
The school are looking to appoint a full time KS2 primary teacher for their year 3 class from January 2018. The job is paid to the teacher scale and both qualified and newly qualified primary teachers are welcome to apply. The school will fully support you through your NQT year and provide you with invaluable experience.

What you'll need to succeed
As a successful teacher, strong behaviour management skills will need to be shown at interview and recent experience in planning and delivering the current KS2 curriculum within a primary school in the last two years is essential to be successful in your job application.
