A small but expanding company that supply cost saving services to its many superb care home customers across the country is seeking an Accounts Administrator based in Fareham, Hampshire to join the team. The company is a long established, expanding company supplying purchasing and supply management services to its respected healthcare and hospitality customers across the county. Its mission is to use its expertise and find ways to reduce its customer`s expenditure mainly in all areas of consumable supply including grocery, fresh produce, housekeeping and medical supplies for example. As the Accounts Administrator your duties will include: - Dealing with finance departments of suppliers. - Ensuring spend data is received in the correct format and on time. - Timely production of Bought and Purchase ledger using Sage Line 50. - Arranging staff wages, HMRC payments and all other financial aspects of the company. To be a successful Accounts Administrator you will have the following skills and experience: - Sage Line 50. - Previously worked as an Accounts Administrator, Credit Controller or within a similar role. - Sales and purchase ledger. - Experience of credit control, invoice processing and payments, wage processing using Sage Payroll, bank reconciliations. In return, the Accounts Administrator will receive a salary of £16,000 - £20,000 per annum. The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
