Our client is an award-winning IT support business, aimed at managing the whole IT process for small to medium enterprises with a huge focus on customer service.

Salary: Circa £38k per annum plus pension and healthcare

Location: Speke, Liverpool (L24)

This role involves managing a team of Support Engineers along with a Team Lead, to successfully provide outsourced IT support to a range of clients, focusing on creating the best customer experience possible.

You will be liaising with clients, managing expectations and handling escalated support issues to ensure total client satisfaction, ensuring the growing support team remain motivated and high staff retention continues, as well as ensuring a culture of Continuous Improvement is championed throughout the team.

You will report to the Service Delivery Manager but you will be expected to be self-driven, want to take ownership and responsibility, and be able to operate for substantial periods without supervision. You will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of delivering successful IT support in a private sector environment and a real enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service.

- Technical skills to include; Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and later, Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 and later, General PC and laptop troubleshooting, Hardware and software experience together with experience of peripherals and accessories, installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows XP and above, TCPIP / Routers / VPN / Firewalls, Office 365/POP/SMTP mail
- Previous experience of managing a team of engineers/IT professionals in the past
- A confident communicator (including active listening ability) with an excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated and keen to help and assist others
- Enthusiastic about technology and its use
- A full, clean driving license
