ESS Holding's Client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy is a leading provider of professional and field-based support services to the water industry that employs around 850-staff within their UK Water business alone. With extensive experience and an enviable reputation within the water industry, they are one of the principal providers of clean and waste water support services. They work together with all UK water companies and The Environment Agency to deliver cost efficient results through the strategic planning and management of water services.

They work for all the UK water and sewerage companies and most of the water-only companies, providing a wide range of services including Water and Wastewater Network Modelling, Sewerage Management and Drainage Area Planning, Water Network Operational Management, Software Solutions, Surveying, Infrastructure Design, Leakage Consultancy, Water Resources and Efficiency, and Flood Risk Management.

Due to a major project win with Scottish Water they are seeking Graduate Design Engineers and Design Engineers to join their Glasgow office. In this job you will be working on the front end design of water and waste water networks for projects throughout Scotland.

You will ideally be degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (Civil/Mechanical etc), be highly mathematically literate and be a member of a relevant engineering institution i.e. CIWEM, ICE.

In addition, experience in the development and design of sewerage and clean water infrastructure projects is desirable for this role, although Our Client has specified that they will consider candidates from a utilities background.
