At Sky Betting & Gaming we don't have Teams we have Tribes. Each Tribe is made up of small, agile and autonomous squads who work collaboratively with a shared purpose.

So whether you join our Bet Tribe, Early Careers Tribe or anything in between, you will work with a group of people with raw energy, natural talent, and the kind of spirit that helps us think big, act bold, and change the game.

It all means that we've created the kind of workplace that wins awards such as a place on the prestigious list of Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For.

What you'll do:

This is an entry level position, where you will support and assist the Compliance Team to champion and protect the delivery of the UK Gambling Commission's and Alderney Gambling Control Commission's licensing objectives, and be a point of contact for all matters relating to our regulatory responsibilities.

How you'll do it:

* You will provide support to the Compliance Team with the identification and escalation of any risks or gaps in business process and product offerings which have the potential to impact the licensing objectives.
* You will work with the Compliance Team and wider business to ensure that those gaps or risks are understood, and provide support and guidance to expedite remedial action where necessary.
* You will assist with the undertaking of audits and risk assessments of business process and products to ensure compliance with all necessary regulatory, operational and technical requirements.
* You will keep abreast of changes to regulation, and ensure all relevant areas of the business understand and implement those changes effectively, and in a timely manner.

How we work:

* Experience of working within a regulated environment is advantageous, but not essential.
* You will have a proactive, results-driven approach to work with excellent prioritisation skills.
* You will have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
* You will be working with stakeholders of all levels, across all areas of the business so you will be adaptable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An analytical thinker, you will have acute attention to detail, with experience of interrogating data and writing reports to identify and highlight risks to the licencing objectives.
