Marketing Manager

My client is a leading Online Foreign Exchange Brokerage.
They are now actively looking for someone to fulfil the role of a Marketing Manager*

The Role
To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
This will involve evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement successful marketing plans for the growth / expansion of the company.
The Marketing Manager oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities, with a focus on UK and international audiences.

? Responsible for the marketing of my clients products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C online (mainly) and offline including advertising, SEO, PPC, social media etc.
? Demonstrate technical marketing skills.
? Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year?s activity to meet agreed objectives.
? Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
? To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
? To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
? To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
? To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push their services, working with all departments for its execution.
? To analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
? Design and implement an affiliate programme
? Maintain and continue to improve email communications for reactivating and retaining clients
Create banners, videos and also write marketing PR or content for the website.
This list is not exhaustive and the Marketing Manager will be expected to take on such duties as required to which they are suitably qualified.

? Experience with the online gaming / forex sector.
? Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
? A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
