1st/2nd Line support engineer/ Desktop / Hardware/ computer mac

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1st/2nd Line support engineer to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in the city of London.

As a 1st / 2nd Line Support you will have a min of 5-10 years experience.
Carry out remote support from Aldersgate office for UK&I users
Support would be carried out using JAMF tool which has been/will be installed on end user devices
Corporate Support
Hardware - MacBook PRO / iPhone
Hardware - MacBook PRO / iPhone
vii. Software - O365 E5 (Enterprise Mobility + Security E5). Office Suite including but not limited to ; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business
viii. BYOD Support (configuration of outlook profile and Skype & OneDrive for Business)
ix. Any Mac / Windows 10 non-home edition.
x. Android or IOS
