Dorothy House Hospice is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Manager, for our retail charity shop in Bath.

If you are a self-motivated individual with a commitment to turning donations into vital funds, which enable us to provide exceptional care for our patients, then we would love to hear from you!

As our shops raise funds for our Hospice Care, it is vital that they are performing at their best. We are looking for a dedicated individual with the passion and energy necessary to maintain these high standards.

This is more than an ordinary Retail Manager opportunity; in this role, you can combine your passion for fashion and your commitment to making a difference, which will give you a unique sense of job satisfaction!

This is a full time permanent role and will be 40 hours per week. The closing date for applications is the 4th of December 2017, and we be will be holding interviews on the 14thof December 2017.

Essential Requirements:

* Good standard of general education including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
* Retail experience, Ability to manage Volunteers
* Managerial - leadership, decision making
* Good interpersonal skills, Empathetic approach to donors
* Customer focussed, Able to work on own initiative
* Hands on approach, Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work under pressure/meet deadlines

Desirable Requirements:

* Budget Control
* Working with Volunteers
