1st / 2nd Line Support
Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a 1st/2nd line support engineer based in Deeside.
We require a 1st / 2nd line engineer to join an established company and team delivering high quality customer service to support the office and remote workers.
You will take ownership of 1st and 2nd line faults through to resolution in a Microsoft Environment.
- Extensive background in 1st/2nd Line Support on a service desk with excellent communication skills
- Experience in a Microsoft Environment, supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10.
- MS Office Applications
- Microsoft Windows Server at least 1 of 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
- Experience with printers
Job Type: Contract
Rate: £11/ hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 Months+
