As a the Business Leader for the NHS Partnership Team you will be required to develop a national strategy with P&L accountability. You will be customer facing and will lead a team of NHS Partnership Manager's to deliver success business outcomes with the NHS
You will work collaboratively with the Sales Teams and Nursing Team to deliver the perfect customer experience, adapting marketing strategies to meet your customer needs where required.
The position covers the UK, sits within Chronic Care (Ostomy and Continence Divisions) and reports into the Director for Payer's and Trade. In this role you will be empowered to make the right decisions for your customers and to invest resources as required to be successful. This position offers a high degree of autonomy together with the opportunity to be at the forefront on commercial decisions regarding the success of the team.
We are looking for a commercially astute sales manager with a proven track record in market access. You will possess a strong and decisive leadership style with the ability to coach and develop your team. In addition you will be a strategic thinker with capacity for creative problem solving.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
Essential Criteria: Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and how it affects local delivery of healthcare; Excellent selling, negotiation and networking skills; Effective coach who is able to inspire and drive performance in others; Exceptional Business Planning Skills; Demonstrable Key Account Management Experience; Advanced influencing and negotiation skills; Previous sales management experience with proven success within the medical industry; Strong and decisive leadership style.
Desirable Criteria: Experience of working with CCG / Health Boards; Experience of operating at a strategic level, ideally within both sales and marketing.
