Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Salary: £Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + car or car allowance + bonus + benefits
Woodrow Mercer are looking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager to work for a global document solutions organisation in Wales.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing tactical account management and service delivery to named accounts within your territory. Key objectives of this position are to improve the customer experience and drive customer loyalty. You will also be respobsible for driving additional revenue from account by introducing new products/service lines.
The Service Delivery Manager will be the single point of contact for named customers on a day to day basis, spending at least 20% of their working week on customer site.
Key Requirements - Essential
- Multi-site service management experience
- Understanding of P&L mechanics
- The ability to demonstrate account growth and retention
- Centralised Managed Print Room experience - we will also consider candidates from an IT infrastructure background
- ITIL accreditation
- Prince2 accreditation
