Asset Reconciliations Analyst
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Analyst here at Alliance Trust Savings in Dundee. We are keen to hear from enthusiastic Finance/Accountancy graduates or individuals with Reconciliations experience who are looking for exposure to an office environment within Financial Services. Based within the Asset Reconciliations team the role holder will be responsible for the analysis and distribution of reconciliation exceptions to the relevant operational teams for timely resolution. Key Responsibilities: Deliver consistently high levels of operational performance by completing all reconciliations within the standards set by the company. Report any operational breaks or CASS breaches to the relevant operational teams Deliver a ‘Right First Time’ approach to ensure a reduction inthe cost of rework, errors and compensation Support root cause analysis of reconciliation exceptions (including complex cases) and continuous improvement of processes & MI as a result. Support Team Lead with collation of weekly & monthly MI for Heads of Function and CASS governance committees. Adherence to all policies and procedures relating to Client Asset protection Contacting fund managers byphone / email to request valuation statements This role will have a responsibility to maintain an understanding of the Client Asset (CASS) rules and complete all CASS related training as and when required.
