We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Wrexham Showroom.

Responsibilities

·Assisting the Store Manager with day to day running of the showroom

·Leading by example within the sales team in terms of sales performance

·Sell our products in an informative and engaging manner - quickly establishing guest rapport and building relationships in a consultative and professional manner

·Listen to Customer’s needs and match them to the right products, resulting in increased sales

·Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in depth knowledge of our extensive product range

·Responsible for promoting a positive attitude within the sales team, ensuring consistent experiences for our guests in line with sales training.

·Driving high levels of delivery from others and providing activities and guidance to achieve performance

·Manage showroom in Store Manager’s absence
