We are currently looking to hire a Project Engineer for our customer who are a Central London based Managed Service Provider, all of their customers are based in London Zone 1 so travel will be limited. This is a company who are going through a large period of growth and customer acquisition need additional help to run project work for these customers.

As a Project Engineer you will be required to autonomously run projects out on customer sites, from client initiation, some pre-sales work, scoping out of the projects all the way through to implementation and handover to the Service Desk for ongoing support. No two days will be the same as the work is varied and challenging due to the technical challenges and also the variety of customers.

From a technical perspective you will be well versed in Citrix using XenApp and XenDesktop, also being able to build virtualised machines using either Hyper V or VMware as well as solid grounding in knowledge around Windows Server and Exchange. Your experience in project work should include things like upgrades, implementations, offices moves, or cloud migrations. These projects can either be internally or externally, either way you must be comfortable in a client facing environments.
