Helpdesk Analyst - Legal Experience

Marcus Donald are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Analyst to join a legal firm based in Central London.

You will be responsible for providing remote and face to face support to 200 users in their London office in a team of 4. You will need to have previously worked in a legal environment and excellent customer service is key.

Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Analyst:
  • Deal with incoming emails and calls to the IT support desk
  • Setup IT resources for meeting rooms
  • Attend to any tickets requiring the copying/downloading of data from various types of media such a USB memory sticks or Dropbox web links
  • Ensure all tickets are logged within the helpdesk system and regularly updated, and completed before their due date.
Skills required for Helpdesk Analyst:
  • Legal experience
  • Active Directory
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Citrix Technologies
  • Office 2010
  • Ability to prioritise work items and deal with a busy workload
  • Provide a high degree of professionalism and end-user satisfaction.
