Looking for an experienced Statistical Programmer to help Lead a team in a top 5 CRO. The position can be either home or office based, and the applicant should have the right to work in the EU. This is a permanent position that offers a very attractive salary based on your previous clinical statistical programming background. Along with this, there is a great employee benefit package associated. You should ideally have some previous experience of leading a study or a team. It is a fantastic opportunity to improve this skillset if it is currently somewhat limited. However, it is important to note that this is not purely a line management role, as there is also a lot of hands on programming involved. The role will be focusing on phase IIb to III studies, and you will get the chance to work in a range of therapeutic areas. Compliance to CDISC Standards is a must, being experienced in programming both ADaM and SDTM datasets. This is also a great opportunity for career progression. This CRO is all for organic growth from within the business and provides industry leading training to allow you to unlock your full potential. The ideal candidate will have the following background: * BSc or MSc in a computer science degree or relevant SAS programming experience. * 4+ years of experience working in the CRO, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or relevant industry - or relevant experience in Phase I, II-II studies or IV. * Experience of account managing clients or vendors with large programmes of studies. * Experienced SAS Programmer with CDISC, SDTM or ADaM experience. * Be eligible to work in the UK or EU. Interested in applying? Please call Matt Childs on [Phone number removed] for a confidential discussion on this opportunity. You can also email [Email address removed] to arrange a time to discuss. If this role is not suitable, Matt is also available to discuss other possible positions or answer any general questions regarding your career and the current market.
