My client is looking for hardworking individual with excellent client facing experience to work as part of the help desk team providing 2nd and 3rd line support. Working to build strong relationships with the clients and providing high quality customer interactions, resolving service needs.

The Job role is a full time role based in North Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:
*Providing technical support via telephone and delivering customer service
*Supporting all company equipment
*Working with the helpdesk team to provide customer resolutions and log detailed information
*Troubleshooting complex software and hardware support cases
*Providing support to field service engineers
*Visiting customer sites and provide cover for other service department roles when required
*Develop and maintain relationships to work effectively with in a team

Must Have:
*Excellent customer service skills
*Strong planning and time management skills
*Experience with window based operating systems. Including windows 7 and windows server 2008
*Knowledge of IP video systems and CCTV instillation
*Microsoft qualifications (MCSA, MCSE MCITP)
*Database Knowledge (DB2, SQL)
*IP Networking (IP addressing, sub netting, routing, TCP, UDP, multicast)
*Experience in 2nd and 3rd line technical support
*Experience working in a client facing technical role
*Experience of electronics/technology industries
*A degree in IT/computing/IP networking desirable
