To work within the Creative Services team and efficiently traffic briefs, artwork and sign-off via an in-house management system, working closely with the team and liaising with key stakeholders as required. The candidate will ensure sufficient resource is in place and assist the Creative Services Lead with admin and/or ad-hoc projects.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

* Traffic all artwork briefed into the Creative Services team, ensure all specs and supporting material are assigned to each project, and liaise with clients and the Print Production team as necessary.
* Ensure all artwork for new projects has creative approval from key members of the team.
* Manage freelancers/associates, guided by the Creative Services Lead
* Work with the Creative Services Lead to provide regular financial reports including freelance spend, utilisation, projects launched and completed, etc.
* Review invoices from suppliers for accuracy and prompt payment
* Support the team with preparation of ad-hoc material (eg presentations, mock-ups)
* Investigate embedding of HTML/UX/UI design in-house through team members and freelancers

Personal Attributes, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:


* Excellent organisational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with strong ability to prioritise and schedule as required
* Previous experience in a trafficking role is essential; experience in project management will be an advantage
* Good knowledge of design and the creative artworking process is essential; good understanding of repro and print processes will be advantageous
* Good understanding of Teradata systems and processes is ideal but not essential
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - are essential
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Proactive in identifying solutions and dealing with risks arising in the workload schedule
* Good understanding of the digital development process will be an advantage
* Comfortable using PC and Mac and proficient in Microsoft and Adobe software
