Helpdesk Analyst / IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support



The UKs largest independent IT provider is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team based in Birstall.

The service desk manage multiple contracts from large clients within the UK against various SLAs giving you exposure to a broad range of technologies and queries.

Ideally you will have experience in a service desk or IT support environment.



Skills:

- A good technical knowledge of Windows XP, Vista and 7.

- Excellent telephone manner.

- Windows Server and MS Exchange Administration/support including Active Directory
