Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for our local client based in Halesowen.
Duties and Responsibilities;
? Loading and processing invoices/credits received from suppliers.
? Loading/clearing purchase orders on internal system.
? Processing supplier payments.
? Dealing with queries.
? General admin/filing duties.
? Dealing with expenses and Timesheet entry
? Any other tasks as requested by the Accounts Manager/Supervisor
? Knowledge of Timesheets
? Experience within a similar position
? Strong IT skills
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong eye for detail
The candidate will be AAT qualified or working towards this.
The salary is c£17,000 and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
