**Product Manager/Product Owner** - X3 positions (Web, Data, analytics applications)

Location: Manchester

Salary expectations: Circa £50,000 + Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for a product owner/manager to join a growing team based in Manchester, about to embark on fascinating projects across a range of areas, Data, Web, applications and more. You will be reporting into the head of product and helping to make this businesses products to the next level.

About the Role

As a product manager at this business you'll discover and create products and services that are easy to use, feasible to build, and loved by its customers. Our PMs sit at the intersection between business, technology and design. They separate vanity from value and clarify customer needs with researchers and designers; talking and listening to customers to focus on delivering best in class solutions that enhance our existing products and add value for our customers whilst staying ahead of our rapid growth.

You'll be at home leading A multi-disciplinary squad. Or you may have managed squads of other product managers or led a portfolio of services. You might already be an established product manager, but you could also be keen to take the next step in your career, or looking to move from a Business analyst position.

What you'll do:

- You will be able to spot opportunities for both innovation and efficiency, and embed these insights into primary goals that align into the business strategy.

-You will define the ways your product gets held to account, and ensure those metrics get tracked and get people excited about what you're developing to adopt champions and early adopters.

-You will articulate your product vision to a growing squad, and break up its delivery into meaningful, achievable goals and translate your user needs into compelling stories designers can use to draw user flows and interactions, and developers can use to build the product. You should collaborate with other product leads to plan the pipeline and lead and inspire and un-block designers and developers with analysis and well-articulated decisions.

-You will interpret how our customers use our products, and translate that data into new opportunities for features that solve real problems.
