IT Support Analyst/Application support/Software support - ERP

Based in Loughborough

Key skills:

    Experience of IT Support or softwareAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose problems via email/phoneGood customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectivelyExcellent team work and strong work ethic

·Degree in computing/software engineering/similar

·Experience working on a helpdesk

·Experience supporting bespoke software

About the role:

This person will be part of a close-knit team whose role it is to solve both straightforward and complex problems for our clients, developing close relationships with them and maintaining our high standard of customer service. You will be solving technical issues, delivering solutions with the aim of becoming a key member of the team. You will be exposed to bespoke software, and be trained in SQL and other reporting tools. The key is to understand the customer and their business, working in partnership with them to resolve issues.
