Graduate Learning Behaviour Mentor role

This school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor that can engage with pupils on an individual and group basis. Fulfilling this role, you will be expected to prepare and deliver various activities to young people who demonstrate challenging behaviour. In addition to this, you will be monitoring students' attendance and behaviour. You will be working alongside experienced teachers, whilst providing the support the students need to improve their engagement and attainment.
This position would suit an individual who has suitable experience working with young people exhibiting potential behavioural issues. You will need to have a minimum of a 2:1 degree, preferably from a Russell Group university. Although experience is not essential, it is desirable that you have some transferable experience.
The school is situated in the heart of Birmingham and is easily accessible from other areas in the West Midlands. The school has excellent facilities as well as an Inclusion centre within the grounds providing outstanding provisions for all students.
