Digital / eCommerce Project Manager

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Project Manager to work with our current team to help drive Missguided towards our goal. Our ideal Project Manager is someone who can add innovative ideas, experience, energy and enthusiasm into the mix. The successful Project Manager will need to enjoy and thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

·You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of key business initiatives (from ‘concept’ to ‘service acceptance’), working with an array of business areas such as technology, ecommerce, marketing, operations, retail and many more

·You will manage multiple dependencies and roadmaps across different teams and third parties, ensuring these are planned and aligned to successfully deliver on time

·You will be responsible for work planning, delivery schedules, budget management, risk management and business reporting

·You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business. You will ensure they are all aligned and expectations are well managed.

·You will work closely with Scrum Masters and internal & external development teams

·You will be leading multiple project teams at any one time, with a hands-on approach if and when necessary

·Keeping up to date with emerging industry practices and methodologies

You will need skills and experience of the following:

·5+ Years senior project management experience

·Strong digital PM background

·Working within a Supply Chain business is preferable

·You will have significant experience in a fast-moving multi-channel business

·Very comfortable working in fast paced environments

·You will be well versed in various Agile practices, and the ability to apply this where required

·Experience of managing multiple projects at any one time

·Experience of managing people and financial budgets (including project budgeting, monitoring financials etc).

·Used to working on his/her own initiative

·Experience of working closely with 3rd parties

·Experience of working closely with Scrum Masters and development teams

·Strong leadership skills

·Significant experience around managing and building relationships with business stakeholders

·High level of communication and presentation skills, including experience of writing accurate and concise reports

·Ability to pivot when required, and to respond quickly to changes
