Associate Manager, Stat Programmer
Presented, is a superb opportunity for a motivated, experienced Statistical Programmer interested in progressing into line management, within a supportive organisation with superb growth potential.
Due to industry competition ion RTP, it?s critical that prospective employers separate themselves from other organisations in order to attract the calibre of staff required. My client is able to do this by:
- Adopting a philosophy of support and professional growth
- Providing opportunities to influence and change
- Encouraging debate and collaboration
- Avoiding corporate/office politics
The Programming group, which is currently made of about 8 people, is expecting to grow by c. 50% within the next 18 months. This will offer a new starter scope take on direct reports, and grow their own team. As such, this position would suite a well-versed Statistical Programmer with strong mentorship experience looking to move into management, or someone already in a line management role.
There are other opportunities within the group also, so if line management isn?t something that motivates you, please do still get in touch to discuss.
I manage a range of other permanent and freelance positions for a broad portfolio of clients (Biotech, CRO and Pharma). If the above role isn?t for you but you?d nevertheless like to discuss your options in the market, I?d welcome a confidential discussion by phone or email. Contact Daniel Cheetham at (617) 982 1238.
