Social Media Specialist
Skegness
£10:00 per hour

This is a new exciting role at County Care as we are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other pages to aid in recruiting staff and advertising our services.

Responsibilities:
?Managing all company social media channels and analysing response rates to optimize performance
?Creating exciting and dynamic social media campaigns to achieve recruitment targets
?To work with the management team to propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
?To promote County Cares job vacancies and services in an original and creative format

Key skills:
?Experience of managing social media platforms
?Excellent communication skills
?Strong IT and social media skills
?Ability to work independently as well as with the management team to achieve results and targets
?The ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
