Job Description

You will have the opportunity to learn new skills across multiple platforms and different skill areas.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Maintain relevant text and images on the company website.
  • Download the monthly KPI reports from within the website CRM for team discussion
  • Research and work towards writing content for the Company website. Expert View, Blogs, News
  • Search and engage with external industry publications
  • Work towards preparing press releases with PR agency, working with the marketing assistant and PR agency to achieve publication of articles
  • Complete any e-bulletin Campaigns and any future Company bulletins
  • Maintain marketing distribution lists and research other possible advertising opportunities
  • Support the Marketing assistant with the purchase of all marketing literature for the Company
  • Book advertising space and work with Marketing Assistant to meet deadlines and book any photography required to support events, marketing or external material
  • Maintain current Social Media profile and look for other opportunities
  • Regularly update Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+
  • Use social media to expand Suresite connections with other companies and potential customers
  • Events and Awards - These should be detailed in advance to maximise penetration
  • Download the Monthly KPI reports available from Social Media platforms for the team to discuss progress

  • Good computer skills including experience of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)

  • Creative and strong writing skills to produce engaging content
  • Excellent organisational skills including time keeping and effective recording of information
  • Knowledge of marketing, website imagery, creativity
  • Be a team player with the initiative to help the wider team when required

Desired Qualifications

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Working week

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Full time position on completion of Apprenticeship with on-going learning and development through QA training and in-house development with senior staff.
