Prestigious opportunity within a pioneering organisation within the travel industry, who are looking for an Application Support Analyst.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting users issues for their online booking and schedule application. You will be providing telephone and email support to the increasing user base. Fixing problems and troubleshooting will be a key part of the role, liaising with other technical departments regarding technical issues and client request.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have prior experience in an application support role previously. You will have knowledge of Windows based application and have demonstrable experience working in a help desk environment. You will hold good communication skills at different levels and be a quick learner looking to learn with an open approach to solving problems.

What you'll get in return
