Service Desk / 1st line Support / IT Helpdesk – GLOBAL PRESENCE – Sutton
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven Service Desk Analyst to work on-site within the highly prestigious offices of a multi-national market leader.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Seeking a bright, dynamic Service Desk Analyst with proven experience and a passion for technology to join a talented and highly valued Technology service Desk. This person will undertake support and maintenance of the company PCs and voice Systems.
The successful candidate will work in quite a large and dynamic team and will meet the technical requirement set out below.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Experience of mobile platform support (Blackberry, iOS, Windows)
2. Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
5. Windows 7
6. Active Directory
7. An awareness of Altiris
8. Excellent interpersonal skills
9. A passion for technology
