ASAP start 1:1 Part-time SEN Teacher

Your new school
This small specialist school in Swindon is urgently recruiting for a 1:1 Qualified Teacher to support a 14 year-old girl who has mild SEN and anxiety. The school is located in central Swindon and provides support to pupils who have behavioural and social difficulties.

Your new job
Your role will be to support this pupil on a 1:1 basis in order to help their social and emotional development as well as providing academic support. You will support this child until Christmas where there will be the opportunity to stay on and support this child. The hours will be Monday to Friday mornings only.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an outstanding teacher and have evidence of your ability to work with pupils who have SEN. You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach in your teaching style as well as an ability to have high but realistic expectation for learners. You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (QTLS and SET membership). You must be immediately available
