Great new opportunity for a contract Service Desk Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.

I'm looking for someone with strong communication skills; and experience of resolving incidents, problems, and queries within an ITIL support environment. The Analyst will need to have experience managing, co-ordinating and closing Service Desk Incidents and change requests and be able to manage a large volume of calls.

The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability provide a first time fix wherever possible, and will involve working to SLAs and with the support teams escalating issues where necessary.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate knowledge and a background in:

* Remote Support
* Customer service and communication
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Windows & Office
* Hardware Troubleshooting
