Residential Conveyancing Lawyers sought for trusted firm in Northampton to work on full or part-time basis.

The Firm
Possessing the Law Society`s Conveyancing Quality accreditation, this firm is recognised as an expert provider of property legal services. It is renowned for providing an exceptional and personable level of client care with a raft of client testimonials and recommendations. Consequently, the firm is now looking to fill two roles and is seeking Lawyers to join its busy conveyancing team based in Northampton, a thriving county town, to fill the positions of Residential Conveyancing Lawyers.

The Role
Are you an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for a role that is conducive to a good work-life balance, in a legal setting where duties are focussed on managing client liaison? If so, this role is an opportune moment to join a reputable firm and draw upon your residential conveyancing experience in delivering rewarding work. Applications are encouraged from motivated newly-qualified Solicitors, Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives in addition to more experienced applicants as all necessary training will be given to fully support you in developing your career. Your work will revolve around managing a complex caseload of re-mortgaging matters from instruction to completion and will involve one to two days a week travel to deliver home visits. This role is offered on a permanent basis.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role:
You will be a Conveyancer, a Chartered Legal Executive or a Solicitor from NQ plus.
You will have knowledge of residential conveyancing matters.
You will have access to your own transport.
You will have excellent client care skills.
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
Attention to detail will be a key strength.
