This is a large public sector organisation looking for a number of Service Desk Analysts to hit the ground running.

Your role will be to asses and resolve IT related issues around systems. Support end user applications. You will work in a team environment. Comply with objectives and policy.

What you'll need to succeed

- 1st Line Support Experience
- Desktop Support and field base support.
- Repairing Desktops, mobile devices, Printers.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Citrix and O365 would be a distinct advantage
