2nd Line Support Engineer – Based in Surrey

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global IT service provider as a Deskside Support Engineer. The position is on-site and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to further develop their skills whilst working for one of the worlds’ leading IT service providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·Providing deskside support for using to resolve their IT problems

·Setting up/removing work stations to ensure Client SLA’s are met

·Logging both their approach and solution to problems in a ticketing system

·Maintaining and supporting hardware

The successful candidate will be:

·Experienced in IT Support with both desktops and laptops

·Experienced with ticketing systems

·Comfortable working in a Microsoft environment

·Friendly, self-motivated and helpful
