Introduction

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk analyst to join a successful team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Specification

As a service desk analyst you will work in a fast paced environment and will take ownership of incidents that come in via the telephone and email.

The IT helpdesk operates on a shift patterned basis (11 - 7 and 8 - 4) with occasional weekend work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a first role within IT or someone who is looking to expand their experience in a very successful environment.

Skills
  • 1st Line support experience or customer service/support experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Basic understanding of active directory and/or networking would be advantageous but not essential
  • PC Hardware builds and software support
  • Desirable skills (not essential for the role):
  • Windows Server
  • ITIL
