Leading international professional services organisation, based in Central London are looking to an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide remote telephone and email based first line IT support to a large user base. The ideal candidates will possess a strong blend of 1st class communication skills and excellent technical knowledge within MS Technologies IT Support . In return my client can offer a generous salary of up to £30K, 09:30-17:30 working hours, excellent benefits and career progression

The main responsibilities for this London based Service Desk Analyst opportunity are highlighted below

Provide remote based telephone and email support on a 1st line basis
Respond directly to all e-mail and phone incidents
Ensure that all requests are solved or escalated

The main skills and experience needed for this Service Desk Analyst based in London are highlighted below

Excellent 1st Line Support Experience (Minimum of 1 years’ experience)
MS Outlook
Windows 2010
Active Directory
Some exposure to working in an ITIL environment is desirable
Ideally MCP Certified
1st class communication skills and telephone manner
