The Quality Systems Manager will lead the maintenance of the site QMS and the improvement of the QMS in the perspective of on-going major projects and the upcoming MDR. She or he will also be the QA single point of contact for internal and external partners in this matter. In a nutshell this is a key position for the company which means the person will have the chance to have an impact on the short- and long-term. Working on those projects will also bring additional value to the person's CV.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the maintenance of the compliance state of the site QMS.
* Lead the adaptation and improvement of the site QMS in the perspective of a major on-going project and the upcoming MDR.
* Maintain the site Quality KPIs
* Lead the Quality System and CAPA reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead the audit readiness of the site for regulatory bodies, Health authorities and corporate audits.
* Lead the site internal audit program.
* Support the other EMEA hubs and clusters for regional synergies related to quality systems.
* Provide the periodic GDP trainings on site.
* Provide training, access and support related to the quality systems tools

Requirements:

* At least 5 years of experience in QA or other relevant experience.
* Experience in the medical device or the pharmaceutical industry.
* Fluent at French and English.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong leadership and shaping skills (Influencing others and driving changes)
* Efficient communication, i.e. able to present complexity in simple and easy way.
