On a behalf of our client we are looking for helpful, talkative and tech-skilled person to take up service desk analyst position.

When? - asap

How long? - 3 months

Where? - Warwickshire

Rate? - £90 - £130 per day

This position is responsible for providing first level, frontline technical support of Microsoft desktop applications and operating systems to users.

Simply speaking we are looking for someone who has:

* Good interpersonal and telephone communication skills

* Communication/writing Skills

* Customer relations skills

* Understanding of PC hardware

DUTIES

* First and second line support of desktop applications and network connectivity

* Answer helpdesk phone line and log all calls escalating issues to second line support as necessary

* New User setup and induction

* Asset management and

* Maintain accurate level of asset database

* Maintain accurate level of software licensing

* Project work- helpdesk related

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

* Educated to a good overall standard

* Understanding of Microsoft Office software

* Understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems Desirable:

* MCSA

* Understanding on networking principles
