A world renowned IT Distributor is looking to add a Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant support desk team. Specialising in Microsoft products you will be assisting a vast array of businesses with their technical issues.

As a Customer Service Executive you will be:

  • Logging tickets and escalating issues
  • Remotely accessing PC's and resolving issues
  • Training customers on new products
  • Provide support

For this role as a Customer Service Executive you will ideally have:

  • 1+ Years of 1st Line Support Experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Passion for Customer Service

As the successful 1st Line Support Analyst you will receive an industry leading package that will consist of:
