We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Digital Messaging Specialist.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead virtual cross functional teams comprising of participants from local businesses such as the DCoE and global HSBC Technology and Services (HTS) teams
  • Undertake tasks in line with the User Centred Design methodology across the globe
  • Ensure optimum execution of digital value added messages.
  • Lead an in-depth analysis to deliver excellence in digital messaging service across digital channels
  • Source and interpret data to underpin the design of digital messaging for both manufacture and deployment
  • Lead the definition and scoping of analysis activity for digital messaging initiatives working with in country teams


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Relevant knowledge of digital messaging consumer focused business
  • Has relevant working experiences in the field of consumer technology, retail, finance, and tourism
  • Preferably has background using various software packages i.e. Digital Tracking software (Adobe, Web Trends)
  • Has an excellent track record in successfully implementing change
