Lead Business Analyst / Agile / Telephony / Fraud Exciting opportunity to perform an end-to-end lead business analysis role, including project inception right through to implementations. You will be given the opportunity to work closely with senior business stakeholders, end users and technology development teams, in both an Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role will involve: Requirements elicitation and documentation, using User Stories End-to-end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functional Business process mapping Technical systems analysis, working closely with Architects and Solution Designers Coordination of and hands-on assistance with User Acceptance Testing Leadership of business analysts and other technology colleagues Essential skills will include: Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst role with strong evidence of both business and technology change delivery Experience of working in an agile project team and documenting requirements using User Stories Experience of telephony technology Experience of fraud detection technology Strong evidence of stakeholder management at all levels Experience of working directly with application vendors Leadership of business analysts and other project team members Great chance to join an organisation that truly values work life balance and can offer working from home for at least 1 day a week immediately.
