I am currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a global, world-leading Pharmaceutical company at their site in Inverness. The successful IT Project Manager will have a proven track record of project leadership and major system delivery, and will hold either a Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering or Automation IT, or will have an equivalent project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM). Knowledge of GMP/GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, ISO or other similarly rigorous quality management systems is also important for this role. As a successful IT Project Manager, you will be given the platform to showcase your excellent leadership as you execute and manage a highly complex IT and Automation project to replace obsolete software and hardware in critical manufacturing lines with up-to-date, supportable infrastructure. You will also be able to demonstrate your strong communication skills as you work with on-site, virtual and global teams to ensure tasks and objectives are aligned effectively. These communication skills will also come into play as you collaborate with senior Manufacturing leaders to support business goals as you upgrade hardware, software, and systems. In your role as IT Project Manager, you will be entrusted with responsibility for leading the IT and Automation teams at the Inverness site, managing workloads and day-to-day activities to ensure project delivery. This will include detailed planning and scheduling of all project-related activities including documentation and validation workstreams. You will also have the opportunity to establish migration plans for all systems and subsystems, ensuring that compliance is adhered to at every stage. This will include fiscal management of the entire migration program. As a successful candidate you will complement your strong project management skills with excellent knowledge of IT and Automation systems, together with an ability to align business needs with technology solutions, especially for high-volume manufacturing.
