Your new company
Your new firm have been established for almost 20 years and have a loyal and increasing client base in the local area. They are now looking to appoint a Bookkeeper to the busy team based in Wrexham.
Your new role
As a Bookkeeper at this firm you will be responsible for VAT returns, bank reconciliations and covering the payroll when necessary. You will be working with a range of clients including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships from varying sectors such as construction, services, and consultants with turnovers up to £5 Million. You will be liaising with clients on a daily basis via email, telephone and occasionally face to face at clients sites in the local area.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you will have experience working in an accountancy practice and have up to date knowledge in bookkeeping and basic accounts preparation. You will be working in a team and with clients so the ability to communicate effectively is essential. You ideally will have used Sage and VT Transactions previously and will have previous knowledge on CIS returns.
