Marketing Support Executive

Location: Nottingham

Status: Full-Time

Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 GBP per year

(+ Bonuses opportunities)

I am currently seeking an Online Marketing Customer Support Executiveto support an expanding portfolio of clients.

The successful candidate must have a basic understanding of MS office applications and strong organisational skills. It is important that the candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as having a team focused and collaborative attitude towards work.

The successful candidate will become a part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, and will be working with a wide variety of customers from a range of different markets.

They will be responsible for providing customer service and support to clients over the telephone, in writing via our online ticketing systems and through a variety of social media channels.

There will be additional duties such as account approvals that will need completed by the successful candidate and full training on use of our internal systems will be provided.

To summarise:

  • Knowledge of MS office applications - such as Micro Soft Word
  • Familiar with how to use social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Able to work as a part of a team, and can communicate clearly
  • Highly motivated
  • Must be able to work on your own with minimal supervision
