Lead Service Engineer

Location: West London (Home Based)

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience and location

Hours: 45 hours p/week plus overtime

Main responsibilities of the Lead Service Engineer:

  • Servicing a wide range of garage equipment including vehicle lifts, MOT Test lanes, lubrication equipment, emission testers, wheel balances and tyre machines.
  • Routine maintenance work as well as breakdown and repair work.=
  • Test and calibrate equipment.
  • Compile reports and recommendations.
  • Control van stock.

Essential requirements of the Lead Service Engineer:

  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English
  • Experience working with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical equipment.
  • GEA Lift or MOT accreditation is desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • IT Literate.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and determined to see tasks through to completion.
  • Flexible with good timekeeping skills.
  • A great work ethic.
  • Customer focussed with good communication skills.
