This is an exciting opportunity for the Digital Marketing Manager to join a charity aimed at young people in order to tackle harmful effects on them and the planet. Our client is looking for commitment and passion for what you do. In addition, the Digital Marketing Director you should have a relevant experience of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Director will be working in close contact with other members of the team particularly the project managers and the events coordinators.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role and responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Director include:
? Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
? Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence
? Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
? Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
? Develop a blueprint that seeks to raise awareness and increase visitors to the charity s mini-websites.
? To work cohesively with the other departments, Directors and Managers across the organisation on marketing activities that will increase occupancy rates within the charity settings.
? To work with colleagues in the communications department to ensure that social media is maintained and effective with the use of good promotional features.
? To take responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives against targets and produce reports as requested.
? To implement marketing initiatives within budget and ensure that competitive rates are always negotiated with external suppliers.
Experience and Skills:
The Digital Marketing Director must have the following skills and experience:
? Proven experience of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies or campaigns across all relevant channels.
? Strong communications experience, including using digital media.
? A recognised marketing qualification.
? Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
? Ability to work within set budgets.
? Knowledge of how to prioritise the work that will deliver the most effective returns.
? Understanding of and commitment to diversity and equality.
