Service Desk Engineer - Tier 1 - 1.5

Are you a confident and outgoing Service Desk Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Do you have over 12 months experience of providing remote based support within a Windows environment?

The Role

The successful candidate will work in a 1st line capacity providing telephone ad remote based support to their range of customers.

The ideal candidate will be confident, have great communication skills and be well suited to working in a busy service desk environment.

- 1st line Service Desk experience

- Good communication skills

- 12 months + working in a similar role

Salary & Benefits

A salary in the region of £22,000 - £26,000 and the opportunity to work within a growing team.
