Your new role
Joining the school in January 2018, you will be responsible for teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 to classes of between 25 and 30 pupils. The classes you teach will be of varying abilities and it is therefore important you are differentiating when planning and preparing lessons, as well as delivering and therefore ensuring all pupils are achieving to the best of their ability. As this is a long term role, you will be expected to take on the responsibilities of a permanent member of staff which will include parents evenings and attendance at additional school functions.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status and have experience of teaching Maths through to KS4. You must also be able to start in January 2018 and commit to a 2 term contract, therefore ensuring continuity for pupils.
